GETTING ON THE AGENDA

In order to be listed on an agenda, you must submit your issue and what action needs to be taken on it to the Secretary three days prior to the meeting itself. Contact the Secretary directly at the listing on our Committee Roster page.

Our meetings take place in the British Club meeting room, unless otherwise noted. Sometimes our meetings must be moved to the pool bar due to other groups using the meeting room. If you don't find us in our usual place check the other.
