Food Chart

This printable chart allows you to track what your child eats over the course of a week and see what kinds of and how much food is being eaten. You can see blank areas where certain food groups aren't being covered and make an effort to offer that more often the next week. > go

Membership Form

For those who wish to join Abu Dhabi Mums, our membership form is available online in PDF format. Download the form now.

Membership is 100dhs per year. Please note that from January till March there is a reduced fee of 30 Dhs for joining for the remainder of the membership year. Membership renews each March/April so the full fee of 100 Dhs would be due then to renew through March.

Membership Renewal/Registration will be held during the monthly socials in March  and April. We also offer additional renewal sessions at different venues & playgroups.

You're encouraged to renew before the 31st March.
