ABU DHABI MUMS POLICIES

Age Policy
Abu Dhabi Mums is for mothers with children from pregnancy to their 6th birthday. Once your child reaches their 6th birthday, their ability to participate in Abu Dhabi Mums events terminates. Mums are not allowed to renew their membership to continue receiving discounts. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Agenda Policy
If you have an issue you would like to bring to the Committee meeting for discussion or a vote, you must inform the Secretary 3 days prior to the meeting itself so it can be added to the official agenda. Any issue that is not listed on the agenda will not be discussed.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Most of our events require that you book a certain number of days before an event, which allows the Coordinators to plan accordingly and stay within the imposed limits by the venue. For these events you are not allowed to show up and expect to participate. THIS ALSO MEANS that if you book and cannot attend, you must cancel by the same deadline, allowing someone else to take your space. If you book for an event and do not attend, you will be charged as if you had attended.

Maids & Nannies
We would like to remind members that nannies & maids are not eligible to attend ADM activities. The groups are for parents and their visiting guests not employees. If attendance with a nanny or maid is vital then this may be done at the St Andrews Playgroups.
